2006 - 2007 -- INTEGRATED TICKETING APPLICATION
Designed and built a web-based ticketing application that stores venue configurations, speaker profiles, and performance schedules; allows general public to search and purchase tickets for events online; handles seat assignments; generates all event management reports; and integrates with existing ecommerce site. Site is currently in use and processes orders for approximately 250,000 tickets over forty small-stadium events per season.

Produce, engineer, and host a podcast promoting the local music scene. Features news, commentary, and interviews with local music personalities.
Designed accompanying database-driven website featuring BOA-based blog, content manager, RSS/Atom feed, events calendar, message board, contest and survey pages, banner/cross-marketing subsystem, contact managment system, and full administrative and analytical package on the back-end.

1992-1996 -- REMOTE INTERACTIVE SKILLS ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (RISE)
Architected and built to specification the first three versions of a remote multimedia training and education package which served as the flagship product of SayTech Corporation. Includes such features as near-English scripting language, word processor, spreadsheet, paint program, electronic grade-book, tracking program, and interface to custom-built hardware devices. System was used by multiple local Catholic schools as well as the sales and training divisions of two Fortune-500 corporations.

1995 -- NVRA TRACKING DATABASE
Designed and developed voter registration tracking database for the State of Indiana in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act. Program tracks and stores voter registration status in 92 Indiana counties and prints monthly and annual reports. The system was designed in Microsoft Visual Basic and was used by the State of Indiana for a number of years.

1991-1992 -- PROBLEM INFORMATION TRACKING SYSTEM (PITS)
Co-designed, co-developed, and documented automated help desk and problem tracking system for the Financial Management Support Department of Indiana University as senior project in an information systems design class. Features include problem-tracking database, tickler file, GUI (a cutting-edge concept at the time), and interface with caller-ID hardware.
